absolutely disappointed. first, the location isn’t even in Montepulciano but Sant’ Albino, which is not mentioned at all. secondly, the lilac room was less than appealing, and the painting? just tragic. I thought I might receive a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but no, just regular treatment. I almost considered leaving a good review, but just couldn’t.
